1. Information about the Collection of Personal Data
1.1. In the following we inform about how we collect personal data when using our website. Personal data are all data that are personally identifiable to you, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

1.3. When you contact us by e-mail or via our contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, if applicable your name and your telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after storage is no longer required or we limit processing if statutory retention obligations exist.
1.4. In cases we make use of contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. We also specify the defined criteria for the storage period.

2.1. You have the following rights towards us with regard to your personal data:

- Right to data portability.
2.2. Further on, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
3. Collection of Personal Data when visiting our Website
3.1. In the case of merely informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or oth-erwise provide us with information, we only collect your IP address, which is deleted after three days. This is technically necessary for us to display our website and to guarantee stability and security. Legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
3.2. In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard disk in the browser you use and through which certain information flows to the place that sets the cookie (here by us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall.
This website only uses transient cookies. These transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These include in particular the session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which different requests of your browser can be assigned to the common session. This will allow your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close your browser.
3.4. Our website is hosted with an external third party provider, who processes personal data named in section 3.1.
4. Use of our Order-Form
4.1. If you wish to order products via our order-form, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide personal data such as contact persons and, if applicable, personalised e-mail addresses, which we require for processing your order. Required information for the execution of the contracts are marked separately, further information is voluntary. We will pass on the data you provide to our service provider biamed GmbH, Sinninger Str. 77, 48432 Rheine, for processing your order. The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
4.2. We are obliged by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years.
